My contribution
- Reusable brand, audience and source context for every content job.
- Format-specific generation rules and reusable content jobs.
- Editor state and saved drafts that persist between sessions.
- Separate, inspectable steps for review and confirmed feedback.
The engineering problem
Generic AI tools can produce a draft quickly, but the draft often creates a second job: correcting tone, restoring missing context, checking claims and rewriting the same message for every channel. A single prompt does not give a business a repeatable content system.
HelixScribe carries the source, brand profile, format rules and review state through the whole content job.
What the product does
- Uses a structured content profile to capture tone, goals, audience and preferred content patterns.
- Turns source material and ideas into drafts for blogs, LinkedIn posts, emails and related content formats.
- Creates several channel-specific drafts from one approved source.
- Applies marketing structures, including calls to action, platform limits and SEO-aware blog organisation.
- Shows the tone, structure and hashtag context behind a draft before the user approves it.
How feedback stays useful
When a reviewer confirms an editing preference, HelixScribe can add it to the content profile for later drafts. The change remains visible and reviewable.
Corrections can improve the starting point for future work. Claims, nuance and final approval stay with the person responsible for publishing.
From workflow to product
- Map the job. Define the audience, source material, channels and intended outcome.
- Structure the inputs. Capture the business context, voice, examples and constraints that generic prompts usually leave unstated.
- Generate and review. Create channel-specific drafts, inspect the reasoning and edit where judgement is needed.
- Save confirmed preferences. Carry recurring corrections into the content profile for later drafts.
What changes for the person doing the work
The workflow starts with the organisation’s own expertise, reuses an approved source across channels and shows the context behind each draft. Reviewers can see what shaped the output before they approve it.
- Start each draft with the source and brand context already attached.
- Reuse one approved source across several channels.
- See which work is still a draft and which has been approved.
- Carry confirmed preferences into the next content job.
Where HelixScribe fits
HelixScribe shows the approach described in our Custom AI & Systems hub: start with the real job, carry its context through the software and make review part of the product. Our LLM reliability research covers the extra questions that appear once an AI system enters regular use.
